Clear rules for a measurable service.

1. The service and these Terms

Deploy to Agents is provided by We Are 14, Inc. The service helps customers build and maintain product profiles, audit public technical surfaces, prepare or make authorized distribution submissions, and observe evidence about agent discovery.

These Terms incorporate our Privacy Policy and Billing Policy. If you use Deploy to Agents for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into these Terms. Keep your account credentials secure, provide accurate information, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for assigning appropriate workspace access.

We may rely on the identity information supplied by your sign-in provider. You may not create an account through deception, impersonate another person or company, or circumvent access controls.

3. Product submissions and your responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You own, operate, or are authorized to submit each product, domain, and related material.
• Your information is accurate and does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• You will review inferred metadata and owner-assisted actions before relying on or approving them.
• You will comply with the rules of every registry, directory, model provider, and platform you choose to use.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, format, and distribute it only as needed to provide, secure, improve, and support the service and carry out your authorized actions.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Deploy to Agents to:

• Submit or claim products without authorization, mislead users or agents, or fabricate evidence.
• Distribute malware, evade security controls, probe systems without permission, or interfere with the service.
• Violate law, sanctions, export restrictions, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or platform rules.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or overload the service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use automated output as the sole basis for high-impact decisions about a person.

We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend related access while we protect users or the service.

5. Plans, payment, and cancellation

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices, billing cadence, taxes, renewals, cancellations, and refund treatment are described at checkout and in our Billing Policy. You authorize Stripe and us to charge the payment method associated with your subscription.

We may change plans or pricing prospectively. We will provide reasonable advance notice of a material price change affecting an existing recurring subscription, unless the change is required sooner by law or a tax change.

6. Third-party services and automated output

The service may interact with Google sign-in, Stripe, model providers, public websites, registries, directories, and other third-party services. Their availability, content, decisions, and terms are outside our control. You are responsible for evaluating and accepting their terms.

Audits, classifications, recommendations, and generated material may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. They are informational tools, not legal, financial, security, or compliance advice. Review output before publishing or acting on it.

7. Our intellectual property

We and our licensors retain all rights in Deploy to Agents, including its software, design, documentation, branding, and aggregated service insights, excluding your content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your account term. No rights are granted by implication.

If you provide feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly as its source without permission.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel a subscription as described in the Billing Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create security or legal risk, fail to pay amounts due, or use the service in a way that could harm us, our users, or third parties. Where practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to cure.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute-related terms—will survive. Data handling remains subject to the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Are 14, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where they are prohibited by law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will post the revised Terms and effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Continued use after an updated version takes effect constitutes acceptance, where permitted by law.

These Terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. For questions, email damian@weare14inc.com.
