We use account data to operate your workspace, public product data to build and test your distribution profile, and Stripe to process payments. We do not sell personal information.
1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to Deploy to Agents, a service provided by We Are 14, Inc. It covers our website, account experience, product onboarding, audits, dashboards, billing flows, and related support communications.
It does not govern third-party websites, model providers, registries, directories, or payment services that have their own policies.
2. Information we collect
Account and workspace information
When you sign in, we receive identity information needed to authenticate you and create your workspace, such as your email address, display name, profile image, and a stable account identifier from the sign-in provider.
Product and submission information
We process URLs and product details you submit, metadata inferred from public pages, product type, ownership or verification status, distribution settings, audit findings, and evidence generated through the service. You may also provide support messages or other content directly.
Usage and technical information
We may collect request timestamps, IP address, browser and device information, service events, error reports, security logs, and interactions needed to operate, debug, secure, and improve the service. Essential browser storage may be used for authentication and session continuity.
Billing information
Stripe processes payment credentials and card details. We receive billing-related information such as customer and subscription identifiers, plan, payment status, and limited transaction details. We do not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
3. How we use information
- Authenticate users, maintain workspaces, and provide requested features.
- Inspect submitted URLs, infer a product profile, run audits, and generate evidence.
- Publish or submit owner-approved product information to selected public surfaces.
- Measure retrieval, mention, and recommendation outcomes without promising any ranking.
- Process subscriptions, provide support, and send service or account notices.
- Prevent abuse, investigate incidents, enforce our Terms, and meet legal obligations.
- Analyze and improve reliability, usability, and performance.
4. AI-assisted product analysis
Deploy to Agents may use configured model providers, including OpenAI, to help classify a product or summarize information from its public website. For that purpose, we may send the submitted URL, public page content, and narrowly scoped instructions to a provider. We do not intend to send payment card data through these product-analysis prompts.
Automated inferences can be incomplete or wrong. You should review inferred product details before treating them as authoritative.
5. When information is public
Product URLs and details submitted for distribution may be published, included in evidence receipts, or sent to public registries and directories after an owner-authorized action. Do not submit secrets, personal data, unpublished materials, or information you are not authorized to make public.
We aim to keep evidence receipts privacy-safe and to avoid publishing private prompts, personal identifiers, or full fetched page bodies. Public internet content can still be copied or retained by third parties beyond our control.
6. How we share information
We may share information only as reasonably necessary with:
- Infrastructure, authentication, analytics, support, and model providers operating the service.
- Stripe and related payment providers for checkout, subscription management, fraud prevention, and billing.
- Registries, directories, platforms, or agents when you authorize a public distribution action.
- Professional advisers, authorities, or counterparties when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a corporate transaction.
We do not sell personal information.
7. Retention, security, and transfers
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, preserve evidence and account history, resolve disputes, secure the platform, and meet accounting or legal duties. Retention periods vary by data type. We may retain de-identified or aggregated information where it no longer reasonably identifies you.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours, subject to their safeguards and applicable requirements.
8. Your choices and requests
You may ask to access, correct, export, or delete account information, or object to or restrict certain processing where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and may retain limited information where required for security, billing, evidence integrity, or legal obligations.
To make a request, email damian@weare14inc.com. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription separately under our Billing Policy.
9. Children and policy updates
Deploy to Agents is a business and developer service and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us.
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised version and effective date here and provide additional notice when a material change warrants it.
We wrote this page to be readable and operational. We recommend periodic legal review as Deploy to Agents, its providers, and applicable requirements evolve.
